The food is delicious and should be recommended.

It's week that I like to do,why.?
Because of to talk food and Alhamdulillah I'm among those who like to eat.
I will also introduce one my favourite food,which is whole grains bread.
This is one of the food that are know by the crowd and contains carbohydrate which is quite high. Not without reason I suggest you eat my best friend this one, and the many bread,bread is the most delicious the one is a weat bread.
In addition, whole wheat bread can be  divided into kind of a new food, seriously.
What are the benefits of bread.?
1 . The first, because it was made from whole grains, whole wheat bread has a lot of fiber.
2 . The second, carbohydrate
In the compared with bread and white,wheat bread has the amount of carbohydrate higher.
In a piece of bread wheat has 12,26 grams of carbohydrat .
3 . The next, protein.
The content of the flat rate in a pi of bread wheat is 5 grams.
Another benefits of whole wheat bread is as a diet, lower cholesterol levels, and of food  with lots  of vitamins E,B2 NIASIN, and so on.
Bread wheat consumed also good people with diabetes, and the most important thing is it taste good.
